Refunds
Why the $1.00 fee on refunds?
Our products are priced very very low. They are mostly downloadable digital products which you may keep on your computer, even after you have requested a refund.
- We institute the $1.00 fee for these reasons
- The payment processor charges us a fee for our transactions
- Most customers are honest. But there are some who habitually buy digital products and then ask for a refund. We want to discourage this habit. We institute this $1.00 fee to offset our costs and therefore keep the prices low for all.
